The messaging and chat app WhatsApp, as well as being one of the most popular applications to communicate by means of text messages from our smartphone, is also one of the largest targets for spies. This application allows us to set an extra security layer on WhatsApp for Android by establishing an access pin number or a lock pattern on the application. Among the main features we can point out the following:

- The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
